a little hectic come exam week. Preparing for more than one exam is a tough task and to be honest pretty stressful. Using the Fritter-Finder method, I am able to map out the week ahead of me and see the amount of free time I actually have to get my work done in a timely fashion. I've found that the best part of the Fritter-Finder is it sets me on a 9am-7pm window that allows me to get all of my work done in that time frame. I'm one who cannot work efficiently at night, so this is great for me because it gets rid of those late nights spent on homework.Another method that I've been using for the past two weeks has been D's Due and Do. I like this method because along with setting t
Also in my nutrition class, NSD 225, I have been using the 20 Minute Test Prep. The 20 minute test prep has really made a difference, even if I've only been using it for a short time. I used to just shut my notebook after completing notes and not look at it until the next class. Now that I've been reviewing my notes right after class and going over what I just wrote/ learned, I've become more confident looking towards exam time. The 20 minute test prep has been a great help.
I totally agree with what you said about the 20 minute test prep. I feel so much more confident in MAT 121 now that I have been reviewing my notes after class. What is great also is that it works for every class
ReplyDeleteYesss on the Fritter Finder. At first, I thought that the fritter finder didn't help me...but I have been trying it out for a couple of days and mapping out my week and it keeps me on task so much easier. Your color coated Fritter Finder is awesome though and very well organized. I also agree with you on the studying at nights thing...my best focus times are during mid-afternoon or in between classes.
ReplyDeleteI guess I would say that the only thing I struggle with about the fritter finder is that sometimes I plan out to get assignments done...and if I don't accomplish those in the free space I have then everything seems backed up and that I messed up.
I see you used the Fritter Finder as well! I like how you used it to map out your every week specifically to match your schedule! A suggestion, you could even combine D's Due and Do with your fritter finder to know exactly when in the day you're going to do each assignment!
